Corporate Comes to Campus

As part of the Walton College’s annual Welcome Week events, we’re pleased to invite your organization to this exclusive FREE employer showcase! Setup will be in-person in Shollmier Plaza (in the business quad), and special considerations are being made to meet safety requirements. This event is limited to the first 30 company registrations, so act fast!

This casual/informal event will be outdoors in the Shollmier Plaza, the business quad located between the Sam M. Walton College of Business (WCOB) and Willard J. Walker Hall (WJWH) -- view campus map. Space is extremely limited! We have space for 30 organizations (each organization will be provided with one 6' table and will share a tent with one other company). There is no charge for the event, but spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Corporate Comes to Campus

Attendees should park in the Harmon Deck -- view travel and parking directions -- and may arrive between 8-9am to set up. Attendees are encouraged to wear company branded shirts that will help students identify your organization. Giveaways are also encouraged and can either be brought the day of the event or shipped to our office. (If you are unable to attend but would still like to offer promotional items, these can be shipped to our office to be distributed at the event.) If you would like to ship promotional items, please ship them to the address below with a delivery date of August 21-23.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: Because this event is extremely space limited, if you are unable to attend, please contact us to cancel your reservation so that we may fill your spot with another organization. No shows will not be permitted to register for future free events. You can contact us by phone (479-575-6100) or email (careerservices@walton.uark.edu); please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
